This beautiful vintage English ironstone decorative plate was made by Liverpool Road Pottery in Stoke-on-Trent, England. It features the classic scene “Who’ll Buy My Lavender?” inspired by traditional 19th-century London street vendors, with finely detailed artwork and an elegant gilt border.
